The company CHRISTINA JEWELRY & WATCHES was founded in a studio flat in London in 2002 by Claus and Christina Hembo. They have since moved from London to Herning, where they are currently headquartered.

Christina is the creative spirit behind every piece of jewelry in the CHRISTINA collection. Christina has always been passionate about jewelery design since she was very young. A design dream which culminated in Christina, as only one out of 16 annual design students, achieving admission to the world's leading design university "University of the Arts London", where i.a. Stella McCartney and Jimmy Choo are also educated.

Christina's design universe has always been about creating small, unique works of art. Individual designs that can stand alone or be combined with other jewellery. Therefore, Christina has also named each individual piece of jewelry, so that they each appear completely unique, each with their own story.

But for Christina, creating beautiful jewelery has never been enough. Christina has always had a soft spot for the environment, which is why we at CHRISTINA work every single day to make our jewelery more sustainable. This applies to everything, from our packaging, to the use of recycled silver and gold, to the production process. It is an ongoing development that we at CHRISTINA are very happy about.

We are also proud that our jewelery is always handmade by skilled goldsmiths at our studio in Thailand. Always in the best materials, attention to detail and respect for craftsmanship.
